What is your Return Policy?
At Kova Sports, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.
2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.
4. Changed Your Mind?
If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.
If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@kovasports.com and we’ll look into it immediately.
6. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

The newest launch monitor from TruGolf is now available at The Indoor Golf Shop. The TruGolf APOGEE utilizes a new array of vision algorithms called INSTANT IMPACT, the system does not require marked balls or clubs.
The APOGEE features a Point of Impact interface (POI) that provides a slow-motion, scrubbable, video playback of your club’s action through the ball. With a full library of E6 courses, the APOGEE provides true to life simulation of your favorite courses.

The SIG8 screen and enclosure pairs beautifully with the TruGolf Apogee. Built tough, the SIG8 screen can withstand the hardest of golf shots time after time. Unlike other screen systems, we designed the SIG8 so that it can fit within compact spaces with as little as 9'W. Due to the squareness of the screen, the image will fill in 80% of the screen - there will be some white space above and below the image.

Panasonic PT-VZ580U Golf Simulator Projector

Lighting Requirements: Areas exposed to direct sunlight will need to have curtains or a similar solution installed to control lighting.

Room Requirements: APOGEE requires 9’-10’ of height from your Launch Monitor to your hitting surface.
- Distance to Screen: APOGEE does not require a specific distance from the fixture to the screen. All measurements are taken at the Point of Impact. Minimum ball flight required for data collection is 25”.

Generally speaking, the SIG8 Enclosure is able to fit into most spaces.

Make sure you can swing your club comfortably in your desired space, as you may need more than 9' high ceilings if your swing requires it. You can always place your setup in a space that is larger than the recommended space requirements.
Assembly
The resources below will walk you through the assembly portion of your new frame and screen. Using the color coded pipe kit and connectors, set up your frame first then attach your black surround, impact screen, foam padding, and side barrier netting.
