How long will it take for my order to ship, and when will I receive it?
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days, and some even ship the same day. In rare cases, unexpected delays may occur, but we work hard to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. On average, deliveries arrive within 4–7 business days. If a product requires more time, you’ll see that noted clearly on its product page. At Kova Sports, we pride ourselves on fast processing, quick shipping, and responsive customer care.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any order for a full refund as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Email us right away at support@kova-sports.com if you’d like to cancel. Once your order has shipped, it will fall under our 7-Day Return Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage—whether to the item or just the packaging—make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you suspect damage but can’t check the item at the time of delivery, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. If your product does arrive damaged, email photos to support@kova-sports.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or issue appropriate compensation.

How will I know when my order ships?
After placing your order, you’ll get a confirmation email showing your order details. Once it’s shipped, we’ll send another email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll notify you by email or phone within one business day. While we work hard to keep everything in stock, some items can sell out quickly due to high demand.
Will I get an email confirmation for my order?
Yes—every order receives an email confirmation. Please double-check that your email address is entered correctly at checkout so you don’t miss it. We recommend saving or printing your confirmation for your records.
Do you charge sales tax?
We’re based in Illinois and only collect sales tax on orders shipping to Illinois. That means most customers pay no sales tax—potentially saving you a significant amount.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes! As long as your order hasn’t shipped, you can make changes at no extra cost. Just email support@kova-sports.com with your request.
