What is your Return Policy?

At Kova Sports, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@kovasports.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Product Description

The Iron Horse is BCI's newest shoebox-style batting cage system. It is powerfully filling the gap between our Thumper and Mastodon systems, combining strength and stability with a small footprint and easy installation. The Iron Horse stands strong without sacrificing space or flexibility.

#42 KVX200 Batting Cage Net

Our Beartrap™ net is simply the best outdoor commercial batting cage available. An excellent choice for a high-end backyard net, but also perfectly suitable for commercial applications! We have sold thousands of these cages to colleges, professional baseball teams, and municipalities.

Beartrap premium netting contains a UV inhibitor with a polymer commonly used in bulletproof vests. We extruded the individual fibers and braided them into twine. Lastly, we dipped the twine in a black carbon-based dye, adding UV protection and color stability. For quality assurance, we conducted side-by-side comparisons of KVX200™ and nylon. We found that these enhancements significantly extend the outdoor life of our netting. Our Beartrap netting remains intact and dark black while nylon slowly breaks down and fades to brown.

4" Powder-coated Steel Frame

The Iron Horses' strength begins with a 4" steel frame at each end of the cage. The frame comes ready to accept our tension hardware and cable system. This system ensures our KVX200 nets will hang properly without significant sag.

Stability for the Iron Horse is a function of our engineering and design teams' industry-leading innovation. When our cabling system is tightened, the top of the cage will fall inwards, and the bottom will kick out away from the tension. We combat this movement with an innovative back-bracing system. Unlike a typical brace that extends out from the cage, our system runs parallel toward the center to create a stable four-point platform while saving you space.

5x7 Vinyl Backdrop

Extend the life of your batting cage with our heavy-duty vinyl backdrop. This backdrop panel is 5' wide x 7' tall and is designed to take a beating from pitching machines.

This item ships on a pallet weighing over 1,000 lbs. Please note that you must be prepared to unload the shipment upon delivery. Each cage is sent with a bottle of matching touch-up paint to address blemishes that may occur in transit.
